Cancellation/No Show Policy:
We understand that sometimes life gets busy and schedules change. However, as a courtesy to our stylists and other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for specified service. The deposit amount is $100 and must be paid at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
In the event of a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment (no-show), we reserve the right to charge a fee. The fee for a late cancellation or no-show will be 50% of the scheduled service(s). This fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in the requirement of a prepayment for future appointments.
